The RPACKX00122 is a packing repair kit designed for sliding-stem control valves manufactured by Fisher (a division of Emerson Electric Co.). It uses a single graphite ribbon/filament packing assembly and is intended for use on valves with a ¾-inch (19.1 mm) stem diameter. The kit contains rings of graphite ribbon and graphite filament packing, a lantern ring, packing box ring, and packing follower. It also includes the requirement to use one sacrificial zinc washer (0.004 inch / 0.102 mm thick) beneath each graphite ribbon ring.
