Temperature Range Standard: -450°F to +1000°F (-268°C to +538°C), depending on pilot and body materials. Body Materials Carbon Steel (WCB), Stainless Steel (CF8M), Alloy Steels (WC6, WC9). Trim Materials Stainless Steel (standard), other alloys available. Pilot Options • Standard Pilot: For general purpose gas/vapor and liquid service. • Bellows Pilot: For variable or high superimposed backpressure. • Soft Seat Pilot: For bubble-tight shutoff. • Liquid Pilot: Optimized for liquid applications. • T&P Pilot: For thermal relief. Blowdown Adjustable, typically from 2% to 20%. Certifications Can be certified to meet API 520/526/527, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, and PED requirements.
