The Fisher™ Type C486 is a rugged, single-acting, electro-pneumatic transducer (commonly known as an I/P, E/P, or I-to-P converter). It is designed to accurately translate a standard analog current signal from a control system into a precise, proportional pneumatic output pressure. This output is used to position pneumatic valve actuators, dampers, vanes, and other final control elements.
