The ABB MS495‑63 (1SAM550000R1007) is a manual motor starter with built‑in thermomagnetic protection designed to manually switch motors on and off and to provide reliable protection against overload, short‑circuit and phase failure conditions without requiring external fuses. It features a rotary handle with clear ON/OFF/TRIP position indication and is suitable for use with three‑phase and single‑phase motors in industrial and commercial installations. The starter includes a built‑in disconnect function and temperature compensation for enhanced motor protection.
