AF205-30

The ABB AF205‑30 is a 3‑pole, block‑type industrial contactor from ABB’s AF series. It is designed for three‑phase motor control and general power‑circuit switching in industrial or commercial installations. The contactor supports a wide range of control (coil) voltages (AC or DC), enabling flexibility in control systems. It is suitable for motor starting, isolation, bypass, distribution, and general load switching — up to moderate power/ current levels compared with larger AF‑series contactors. The design includes main contacts plus auxiliary contacts (depending on variant), and uses an electronically controlled coil for stable operation and reduced coil power consumption. The AF205‑30 is appropriate for panel mounting, motor control centers (MCCs), automation systems, and light/medium industrial loads.
