Input Type: Monitors a single EMSS (Electro-Mechanical Safety Switch) input. This type of switch has a positive-guided (mechanically linked) contact structure that is highly reliable and tamper-resistant.

Outputs: Two safe, force-guided (mechanically linked) relay outputs (K1, K2) with normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) contacts.

Diagnostics: Features LED status indicators for power (green) and fault/error detection (red), providing clear visual feedback on the device's state and circuit integrity.

Primary Application:
The RLY3-EMSS300 is used to monitor the status of a safety gate switch. When the guard door is closed, the EMSS is activated, allowing the safety relay to energize and permit machine operation. If the door is opened, the switch changes state, causing the safety relay to de-energize its outputs, which interrupts the safety circuit and initiates a safe shutdown of the machine.
