The SICK MICS3-ABAZ55PZ1P01 is a compact retro-reflective photoelectric sensor with background suppression (BGS) and push-button teach-in functionality. It projects a red light beam to a reflector and accurately detects objects within an adjustable range of 2-55 mm, while ignoring background interference beyond the taught distance. Its miniature housing (IP67 rated) and teach-in feature make it ideal for flexible object detection in robotics, packaging, and automation systems.
